Wow, as I look at this picture on the right of my dad and I and then at the picture below with my own son, I realize it's been a long time since I sat on my father's lap and listened to him talk about carnivals, back in the 70's. I have grown up a lot, and so has this industry. Fun Services has now provided entertainment to over 100,000 events and well over 10,000,000 people.

We had a great experience booking a bounce house/slide combo for my son's birthday. Everyone I talked to from ordering to delivery was really friendly and was able to answer all my questions. The inflatable was clean and all the kids loved it. Everyone I dealt with at this company was exceptional in terms of customer service!

I recently have been in contact with Fun Services. At the beginning it was great! I called on a Wednesday looking to book a bounce house for the follow Saturday and surprisingly they were able to make it work! Well the next night both my children started throwing up and running a fever so i had to cancel the party and the bounce house. I emailed Mike and asked him to call me or email me back.
I never heard back, so to make sure someone knew the event was canceled i call the office again. Angela answered and said she had received a forwarded version of my email and would only do a credit on my name for a future event. I told her that was a problem, we will not be here. We will be moving sometime between March and July. Then she said i signed the contract and that i could maybe get my second half of the deposit back since i paid in full but that was all.
It just blows my mind that i paid in full late Wednesday night for it and canceled the reservation at 6 am on Friday morning and I'm only allowed the second half back? To top this off i have emailed Mike 3 times today and still have not heard back once. The only time i talked to someone is when i called twice and man was she RUDE! Communication is key!
And they have none. And let me add they FINALLY reached out last night (6 days AFTER i canceled and a week after i made the reservation) saying it's their "company policy to not refund the full amount" and from i can see it's your company policy not to get back to people in a timely manner. And as you can see the owner (Zach) has commented on me reaching out to try and figure something out.
Sorry sir there's nothing you can figure out besides refunding me my full amount. Definitely will not recommend anyone to them. I would recommend a different company who would refund the full amount of something like this came up especially with COVID! If i could leave a zero star review i would!

5-Star Experience! Everyone I dealt with at this company was exceptional in terms of customer service! I originally requested information about Bubble Ball rental, but then decided to use the Foam Pit for my granddaughter's 10-year old birthday party! Angela helped me with my reservation and even helped me change it a couple of times due to scheduling conflicts.
The day of the event, Rich and Jeremy showed up in the Fun Services truck, set up the whole Foam Pit, soap, water, etc. It was up and running a full hour before the party started making sure there was plenty of foam for 20 girls to dance in. At the end of the party, the guys were back, took everything down, and quietly slipped away during the presents being opened.
Everything looked great and you couldn't even tell an inflatable had been on the yard. Truly an amazing experience and one I hope to repeat on subsequent birthdays! Thank you Fun Services! You made our day very, VERY SPECIAL! Jo P.
