They were very nice & helpful. No helium available due to shortage but they have nice options for air.

This party store has lost my regular business. Very poor service and rude to customer. Arrived a few minutes before closing but was in the store before closing to just place an order to have some already purchased balloons filled with helium and gel for a party that weekend. Another person was checking out already. It was a simple task of writing up a ticket and dropping off the package of balloons, but since it was right at 6, I was treated rudely and asked to return the following day.

I thought the customer was always supposed to come first. I'm sorry that I arrived 5 minutes before closing but your hours are till 6 pm. I called Paper Party and More who were extremely helpful and will be blowing up my 30 balloons. I will be going to them in the future.

Absolutely wonderful customer service! Extremely clean and organized store! Adrienne was very helpful in helping me find everything I need! She deserves a raise for being and amazing employee! 5/5 I will recommend this store to all my friends and family! Keep up the amazing work!

Such a friendly place.local owners /operators who genuinely love their buisness and customers! So helpful for my daughter's Sweet 16. I was an absolute mess, and lost. This was a celebration I was dreading as we just lost my husband /kids father 3 months prior, my daughter had expressed alot of sadness her daddy would not be around. These people probably don't even know that they helped me the way they did.

I got lost in the store and the process of shopping for her party in the best kind of ways.mostly I didn't feel so damn alone. Thank y'all so very much. Well definitely be back!

I cannot believe that I just found this place! This small store is crammed FULL of cool party favors, decor of all themes, toys, and balloons! This is a super convenient location in Mt. P and has SO many cool things to offer. The prices are decent too, always a plus! Very friendly and helpful service!

I have several events yearly including a huge Halloween party. These guys are well stocked, courteous, and keep me from having to leave Mount Pleasant for any supplies. From a quick need like a few balloons to more obscure things like a baseball themed party they have it. Thanks guys-

Wow, extremely poor customer service (by the owner, no less). He wouldn't let us return an unused item (*new with tags still on it*) because it wasn't "sealed". IT WASN'T SEALED WHEN THEY SOLD IT! For what it's worth, the reason we were returning it was because we found the *same item* at the Dollar Tree just down the road for 80% less (note to self: go there first from now on). Buyer beware. they'll take your money but do all they can to weasel out of their nebulous return policy if you request a refund on anything.
