My husband and I took our daughter for open jump for the first time, and she had so much fun that she never wanted to leave! All of the staff members were super friendly, helpful, and kind. The entire place was also extremely clean. There was a Birthday party going on at the same time that we were there, and everyone seemed so happy. I noticed that the children as well as the adults enjoyed their time! I definitely recommend it any day for your little ones!

Always a good time at Jumpers! We've been going to birthday parties and play dates here for years but this was our first time hosting a birthday. The staff take care of everything! We just show up and have a good time. Jumpers is always clean and well organized. The pizza is great and I love that they have everything ready and set up for the kids when it's time to eat.

They light the candles and hand out the cake. At the end they have shoes ready to go for the kids, all of the extra food packed up as well as the gifts and then even carried it all out to the car for us. I love that I don't have to worry about bringing decorations or any of the clean up. All of the parents and kids had a great time!

We had a mixed group of 14 high school and 13 preschool students on a field trip to Jumpers. Everyone of all ages, including myself, had a FANTASTIC time during our two hour private party and pizza lunch. The facility is clean, entertaining, and spacious. There were so many opportunities for children to exercise and develop, physically, be social with their classmates, and work up an appetite for some very tasty pizza. Danielle went above and beyond to be accommodating and kind. I highly recommend Jumpers for group parties and individual families.

We had my son's sixth birthday here and were thrilled! Great place for kids ages two through about eight, which was our age range. We found the party to be easy to book, easy to plan, and easy to experience. They help you load and unload your car, package up your gifts, give you a party hostess to help serve the food, etc., so that you can just enjoy the party.

There are also very considerate with their pricing, as they only charge you for the kids that actually show up at your party, and they don't charge for adults beyond the cost of the extra pizza. We loved the experience and will probably do it again when my youngest gets a little bit older.

I held my daughter's 6th birthday party here this weekend and I cannot say enough good things about our experience. The staff was well organized and communicated with me clearly about what to expect. The facility was safe and clean and there was staff available to monitor play and answer questions. There was plenty of fun entertainment for my daughter and her friends. The kids had a ball! The price was reasonable and there was very little I had to do do to throw the event. Just show up with a cake! Awesome spot.

Jumpers is great for hosting kids' birthday parties, especially when your kid has a winter birthday! It's a well-oiled operation from start to finish. They call you a few days in advance to answer any last minute questions. When you arrive, the party coordinator greets you and takes care of making sure the party room is ready. Utensils, tablecloth, napkins, party hats are all provided, and towers for the cupcakes. It's such a relief to have everything taken care of so you can relax and enjoy the party.

We had our son's birthday party at Jumpers and could not be more pleased. Danielle and her staff are a delight to work with. They have party planning down to a science and made sure everything ran smoothly so us parents could actually enjoy the party. And of course, the kids had a blast!

We have booked two birthday parties here and have had a wonderful experience with both! I can't say enough about how fantastic the owner, Danielle, is to work with! She is so kind and thoughtful, quick to respond and answer any and all questions, and really goes out of her way to make the entire experience easy for the parents and fun for the kids. We have recommended Jumpers to many friends and can't wait to go back again soon!

We love taking our young kids here. There's a lot to do (bounce houses, obstacle courses, arcade games, etc), the pricing is very fair, and the customer service is superb. Highly recommend!

We booked a private party for up to 11 kids, including the birthday girl. We've never been there before. Wow! We were SO happy with everything because Danielle made planning the party a breeze. The kids had an amazing time! We've never seen so many bouncey houses or slides or such a huge play zone with tube slides. The birthday rooms were so nicely decorated. The party was perfect! We will definitely be back again!

After checking out several place for my son's 5th birthday, my husband and I chose Jumpers. We liked the reviews and the close proximity to us and our guests. From start to finish, the staff at Jumper's handled everything. This was the first birthday party that I didn't have to do anything and could enjoy the party. Jumpers is clean and had just enough space for our family and friends.

We chose the private option and I'm so glad we did. The children had a great time and the older children and adults also enjoyed themselves. It's a great place for the little ones!

Just hosted my daughters 2nd Birthday at Jumpers. Staff was amazing from beginning to end they take care of everything. So friendly and playful with the kids. Definitely recommend for party or even just play the kids had A blast (I think the adults did too)

This place is great! Brought my 2 year old here on a Monday during spring break and they had a blast. Some of the equipment was a little advanced for her but there was plenty for her that worked well. I felt like she was safe and secure. Staff is friendly and kept place in tip top shape. Bathrooms and eating areas were clean and sanitized. The play area was spacious but not overwhelming for her age. We can't wait to come back!

It always smells like they just vacuumed with an outdated burning dirty vacuum. The dust is out of control. Come on jumpers, children are breathing this dirt and dust in while running around. I might have put 3 stars but your wooden benches are terrible and hurt everyone's butt after a few minutes. Not to mention there is never enough seats for the adults. Time to weigh out your business strategy, because right now the air quality is terrible just like the accommodations.

The employees really have birthday parties down to a science. The helpers and manager were so accommodating and they pay attention to every detail. The helpers' interaction with the kids was so sweet. You could really tell they just wanted everyone to have a good time. Would love to have a party there again!

The place is good for the price. Gets REALLY crowded and the space is kind of small. Not enough seating for spectators. Birthday parties going on while open jump is as well makes for way too crowded.

This place was fantastic! We took an energetic 3yr old on a Monday morning and had the place pretty much to ourselves. It was spotlessly clean, tastefully decorated, and most importantly, super fun! I can see it getting crazy on weekends, but for $8 per kid it was completely worth the 20 min drive. I'm looking forward to returning, and bringing some little friends.

I really appreciated that they don't charge for adults - it bugs me when kid play places charge for adults, because that just encourages people to bring a lot of kids with one adult, and then there's poor supervision. The free coffee was a nice perk, too, and the owner was really nice and obviously cares about the establishment.

This was third time we attended and were the only family present. I guess it depends on the time of day you attend, but as a stay at home mom, with 4 kids under the age of 5, I am constantly trying to keep my children active during the day and socialize with other children during the day when the arent in school. We even went during Summer and Winter break. The place is clean and thats a plus! Maybe next time

They do a really nice birthday party. the girls take care of everything and work with enthusiasm, not bothered by anything. It's also a great place to burn energy when weather keeps you indoors.

Jumpers is the best! My daughter loves this place and it literally keeps her busy for hours! Very clean and safe place. $8 a kid on weekdays and $9 on weekend days! A good price for hours of fun! Had my daughters birthday party here for the first time the day after Christmas and could not be more pleased! A great experience from beginning to end! You pretty much call them to book the party and everything else is done by the incredible Jumpers Staff!

We were actually greeted outside at the car upon arriving! Julie was our party host and did an amazing job! I honestly don't have one complaint about the party! At the end Julie carried the gifts and some left overs out to the car for us! BEST place to have a party hands down!

Just had my five year old's birthday party at Jumpers and it was such a great experience. I didn't have to do a single thing but show up with a cake. Paul was so great and accommodating and the party captain did everything from serve pizza to cut the cake, packaged all the leftovers, even carried my gifts to the car. It was a great option for a small party of classmates.

Jumpers is our go to play area for bad weather; my son loves it and so do his friends. Ideal for children 2-8 although they allow older kids to bounce and play. We also celebrate our bday parties there and will do again. Free coffee for the adults too. If you come more often get the 12-punch card for 80$ instead of paying full 9$ entrance.

I love this place because my daughter runs full speed for two hours and then actually goes to bed on her own. The establishment itself is great, cool toys and climbing areas. The issue I have with this place is the parents sometimes. You are supposed to keep track of your child through the maze of activities. But like most parks, a few parents find a quiet little corner to stick their head into the sand of their phone.

Which then leaves their children roaming without any guidance. And in those moments the older children tend to run over or exclude the younger ones. It's amazing how much some people suck at life. But all in all it's a great little find. Plus free coffee all day, even though that's the last thing we need.

Six years and two birthday parties later and our kids still love coming to Jumpers. Great staff, wonderful facility - you really can't get much better. When you have kids you end up going to birthday parties in a whole range of different places. Jumpers is, by far, the best.

My toddler loves bouncing around on the inflatables. There are benches for parents to sit on and the place is air conditioned. It is a easy outing that will keep her happy for a low price.

Just brought my daughter here for the first time. This place is impeccably clean and smells nice, the staff is friendly and attentive and for the price, I'm a happy mom. Unlike other places of this type, the bathroom was clean and you can tell it's well maintained. We will absolutely come back.

I'm 25-years-old and childless, but I absolutely love Jumpers. I'm a nanny, you see, for two awesome little boys. And whenever we get bored, Jumpers is the best place to bring a 3-year and 15-month-old. For only $8 a kid (and babies under 18-months are free), you can spend the entire day jumping around on a series of bounce houses. You can even leave and come back!

There isn't a whole lot to say about the place; it really is exactly what it says on the tin. A place to jump. But it's a well-maintained, friendly place to jump. I can't recommend it highly enough.

Excellent! I have had my daughters last two birthday parties there and could have not been any happier! The kids have a blast and the staff is super friendly and attentive. The owner makes you feel welcome the moment you step in the door and you can tell he doesn't view the customer as just another dollar sign. He really values you as a customer and appreciates your patronage.

I am very impressed how CLEAN everything is! They say the sanitize every night and boy does it show! The place is immaculate! That makes me feel better about my little one crawling and playing with a bunch of other children. They have hand sanitizer readily available which is great! For the facilities, amazing staff and my daughter having a wonderful time the price can't be beat! Will be back for sure:

I get the 12 pack for $70. This is a must for the cold winter months when there is limited place for my toddler to run around (aside from the malls and the house). It gets crazy busy on the weekend due to the birthday parties. With the 12 pack you could go at pretty much anytime except for PRIVATE parties (which is rare). Usually there are 2-3 parties going on at once and the place gets crazy packed.

I would avoid going in the mornings on the weekends. I find the best time to go is Saturday afternoon or Sundays. They just replaced a seldom used jumping station by expanding the current jungle gym. My kid love the expanded the gym and could be in there for HOURS. I usually just take my ebook, have a seat and let the kid work our the endless energy. I wouldn't hold my kid's birthday party here though. They hold too many parties at once so it gets too crowded.
